so...David and I got a chance to go help the Buna Ward make Peanut Butter...we got to wear these silly blue caps, gloves, and earplugs...we sorted peanuts, put jars on the belt to be filled, put cap after cap after cap on full jars of fresh peanut butter only spilled one jar...More important we had the opportunity so socialize with fellow members of the ward...It was a great night to be had. As we were ending our shift Jodi and Aaron came in and put on there white caps, gloves, earplugs and yea I forgot about those gorgous aprons also...I took lots of pictures of everyone looking really awefull in those silly caps...lol I do love the mormon church. what other church goes through so much in order to help those in need...It did make me wonder what do other wards in different parts of the country do are make in order to help...Lindsey's friend from California says they picked grapes then spread them out to dry for raisens. My Cousin in Utah says that when she was a kid she can remember fields and fields of sugar beets that they would have to weed out and such...so yea,,,making peanut butter was awesome compared to spending hours out in a hot field of any kind to me...lol...
